Forms and personal information

How enquiries are handled.

Contact and referral enquiries submitted on this website are stored in P4YE’s protected CMS inbox and used to respond to your enquiry. Only authorised administrators can view submissions. Youth Voice registration continues through Upshot, which processes those registrations separately.

Enquiry details and registration

For the website enquiry form, P4YE records your name, email, optional telephone, enquiry type, message and consent time. The website emails a notification to P4YE and an acknowledgement to you when mail delivery is configured. External Upshot registrations are handled separately.

P4YE privacy notice

P4YE should provide its approved privacy notice covering contact information, data use, consent and safeguarding arrangements. Please contact P4YE if you have questions about how your information is used.

Your privacy choices

Cookies are small files stored in your browser. We use essential cookies to keep this website secure and handle forms. You control whether optional external content is allowed.

Essential cookies

Session and security cookies keep forms and sign-in working. A separate cookie remembers your acceptance or rejection of optional content. These cookies are not used for advertising.

p4ye-session
Maintains your website session and form information. Expires after 120 minutes of inactivity.
XSRF-TOKEN
Helps protect form submissions against forgery. Expires after 120 minutes.
p4ye_cookie_consent
Remembers whether you accepted or rejected optional content for 180 days.

Optional external content

YouTube and Vimeo players stay blocked until you accept optional content and choose to load a player. These providers may receive technical information, including your IP address, and may use cookies or similar storage. No advertising or analytics cookies are configured on this website. Social profiles and registration links open a separate website where that provider’s privacy policy applies.

Change your choice

Accept or reject optional content using the banner, or open Cookie settings in the footer at any time. We remember your choice for 180 days. Withdrawing permission removes loaded external players and blocks future optional loads. Use your browser settings to delete cookies already set by an external provider. Rejecting optional content does not prevent you from using the rest of this website.
