Our Offer

Youth Work & MentoringSomeone to listen. Space to grow.

One-to-one and group support in schools, alternative provisions and the community that starts with a trusted adult and a young person’s circumstances, strengths and goals.

About this work

A relationship. A way forward.

Our mentoring creates time to listen, work through challenges and explore practical next steps. Through tailored support and targeted interventions, we focus on the whole young person, recognising their strengths, needs, aspirations and circumstances—not just the difficulties they are experiencing. Our approach helps young people overcome barriers, build confidence and access opportunities for positive change. Programme suitability, availability and delivery arrangements are agreed with P4YE to ensure support reflects the young person’s needs.
